It’s you’re story

Even when you’re lost, you’re still on the path.

Let’s follow it home.

My Approach to Coaching

There comes a moment when you realize you're no longer the person you used to be, but you're not sure who you're becoming either. Maybe it's after recovery, trauma, loss, or any major life transition. The old identity no longer fits, but the new one feels unclear. You've done the hard work of getting through the crisis, but now you're left asking: "Who am I now?"

This is where The Authored Life begins. For too long, circumstances wrote your story, shaping your choices, relationships, and sense of self. But transition is just the first chapter of authorship. True transformation means taking back control and consciously crafting who you want to become. It's the shift from being defined by what happened to being guided by who you're becoming.

I believe we can heal through story. When you can see the patterns you've been living (family scripts, old beliefs, automatic responses), you can choose what serves you and what doesn't. This isn't about rewriting the past; it's about reclaiming agency over your future. From surviving your story to authoring it.

How We Work Together

Coaching with me is rooted in honest conversation, deep listening, and story work. We walk through your story not to relive the past, but to find the threads that still shape your present. It's about making meaning, naming patterns, and finding your voice in a way that feels grounded, real, and alive.

Sessions are conversational but focused. You'll have space to speak freely without performance or pressure, and I'll reflect back what I hear, ask meaningful questions, and gently challenge the parts that no longer serve you. It's not therapy, and it's not a productivity hack. It's a chance to come into deeper alignment: to make choices from a place of clarity and authorship.

This work is especially powerful for those in recovery or life transition who want something more: not just sobriety, but meaning. Not just surviving, but becoming.

When possible, I offer sessions outdoors: walking, sitting, or simply being in nature. But whether we meet virtually or in person, the goal is the same: to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

In a tech-saturated world, we also explore your relationship with technology and social media. I don't promote abstinence; I promote awareness. What patterns are shaping you? What inputs are reinforcing old stories? What do you want to shift?

This process culminates in a deeper understanding of who you are and what matters to you. And when you're ready, you're invited to share your story through The Authored Life Substack, a platform created to hold real, brave voices like yours.
