Intro to Authorship Workshop

What this is

You can be sober.
You can be stable.
You can be doing “better”.

And yet, you can still feel like something in your life is unfinished.

A lot of people who have been through addiction, trauma, or grief discover that getting through it was only the first step.
The harder part is figuring out who you are now.

This workshop is for people who have been through something that changed them and are ready to stop living inside the old story.

What you’ll leave with

clearer language for what they feel
less weight from the past
more freedom to choose what comes next
